w: 1 hr. walk on the beach in the AM (it was great!), arms & 30 min abs/pilates class in PM

L: half og a goat cheese pizza from CPK


D: no idea. something really small to make up for the pizza, maybe just a veggie burger.


E: I'm still sore from Tuesdays workout so I don't know. I'll do something though.

i love how you guys always put the "thumbs up" next to this thread.  it makes me feel good, even when i have not been so good...


b: special k w/milk (man am i sick of this stuff.  next week i'm going to mix it up and eat something else for breakfast!), coffee w/half & half


l: leftover stuffed chicken breast that i didn't eat last night, maybe a cup of tomato soup


s: sugar-free jello


d: no idea--traveling tonight so i have an emergency kashi go-lean bar in my purse in case i can't find anything healthy and salad-y.

l: 6-inch veggie sandwich from subway  (i'm really busy at work today and it's the closest/cheapest/fastest option unfortunately)


d: soy cutlet, green beans, multigrain bread with low-fat laughing cow cheese


w: 30 min cardio, crunches, light weights

Well I blew it today.  I ended up after lunch and working out eating the apple, the sandwich I originally packed for lunch (only 2 WW points though) then in class i ate cookies and chips. I hate thursdays because I always do this!!!

B:  kashi crunch cereal with milk and a handful of blueberries


L:  BBQ chicken salad and a handful of some blue looking tortilla chips


Sn:  balance bar and apple


D:  garden burger on wheat bun with cheddar cheese and a mixed green salad with balsamic dressing


E:  30 min on elliptical...lazy and didn't feel like doing anything else


sn:  strawberry yogurt and red grapes

I HAVE NOT WORKED OUT IN 5 DAYS!!!!! I've been on vaca and decided to take a break and I'm thisclose to going insane.  Today I will:


Run/speed walk intervals for 45 minutes on tredmill


5 minutes rowing machine


10 minutes elliptical or stairmill


I'm also doing slightly lower weight more reps this week to change it up so I will be doing 3 sets of 20 reps, 3 diff. exercises for my triceps, chest, and shoulders.


I will also do abs.


Yay!!! I missed you gym!
