Well I blew it today. I ended up after lunch and working out eating the apple, the sandwich I originally packed for lunch (only 2 WW points though) then in class i ate cookies and chips. I hate thursdays because I always do this!!!
I HAVE NOT WORKED OUT IN 5 DAYS!!!!! I've been on vaca and decided to take a break and I'm thisclose to going insane. Today I will:
Run/speed walk intervals for 45 minutes on tredmill
5 minutes rowing machine
10 minutes elliptical or stairmill
I'm also doing slightly lower weight more reps this week to change it up so I will be doing 3 sets of 20 reps, 3 diff. exercises for my triceps, chest, and shoulders.
