I used the Oral-B whitening strips. I had used the Crest ~1.5 years ago and loved them, but towards the end they made my teeth much too sensitive. I experienced a little bit of sensitivity with the Oral-B strips, but not as much as the Crest. The Oral-B worked just as well at whitening. They were a bit awkward b/c they are made of a thick wax-type material...so I found it more difficult to talk.
I used Crest for about 3 days and could not take it anymore. They made my teeth way to sensitive. It hurt to breath through my mouth because my teeth were so sestive.

i used the crest that lasted 14 days and i didn't experience any sensitivity.. however- when i used the newer crest strips that last for 7 days- i couldn't take it after 4... my teeth hurt SO bad... and they were already pretty darn white- so i quit and gave the rest of the pack to my boyfriend to finish out.
i am getting ZOOM whitening at my dentist's office in July after my next cleaning- i figured it would be worth it to just do that and not have to buy the strips every three months or so...
my dad is a dentist...so what he did was make a fitted clear mouth guard for me and i put whitening paste (that he gives me) in the mouth guard. the mouth guard that he gives me suctioins onto my teeth. if you go to your dentist you can do that, and if the whitening paste is too expensive, you can use the drug store kinds. the thing is, if you don't have a mouth guard specifically to fit your teeth, you get the marblized pattern and it looks bad. people compliment me all the time and if i do it three times in a week, i don't have to do it for like two months later.
