well, i know i saw some puffed rice in there, it's basically a bunch of whole grain looking stuff (i'm not sure if it IS whole grain) and it's really crunchy & slightly sweet (but not too much, cuz i can't handle super sweet in the AM). it was highly recommended on MUA so i checked it out & it rocks! i'll try & remember to take a pic of the nutritional info for ya'll!

hmm, i can't remember what those cereals are like... i don't eat cereal often, but it's like little clusters of grains slightly sweetened, maybe w/ honey? i'll have to look into it more!
b: special K with n/f milk and some raspberries and blueberries on top, coffee w/half & half
l: 1/2 chicken and red pepper sandwich at a lunch mtg., a few bites of pasta salad, mixed greens with dressing
s: sugar free jello, handful of sliced strawberries
d: the last leftover chicken breast stuffed with feta and olives, maybe will saute some fresh spinach with olive oil
e: 1/2 hour of running/walking on treadmill
today i have to make up for the large amount of salted peanuts i ate last night. i was so good all day and then was cranky and frustrated when i got home, so...bad eating. oh well.
