I'm sure its no secret I am obsessed with J Crew at the moment.
I placed an order online this week and yesterday I got the email about the fall sale. The cords I ordered are now cheaper so I emalied their customer service and they are giving me a price adjustment on them! Yay J Crew rocks!
I've always had good luck with ordering online from JCrew and dealing with their CS. (Knock on wood. I have a package coming)
My only beef is the SAs in one location that is convenient to me. It's just this one store - they are seriously snobby. Mostly they act like I'm invisible and then fawn all over the next customer in more expensive clothes or who is more attractive than me (One SA insulted my looks before).
However, the last 2 times I've been there, the SAs have been nicer to me. Maybe low sales figures does that!
