breakfast: coffee w/half & half, and a yoplait light yogurt, special K with n/f milk
lunch: barbeque chicken salad from deli, similar to CPK's
snack: granola bar
dinner: leftover baked chicken breast stuffed with feta and black olives, a lime ice-pop for dessert
exercise: 35 min. run/walk on treddy @ gym
i decided over the weekend i am going to try and do the WW points program on my own--my mom gave me an extra point-counting book she had, and i'm getting the hang of it. i did ok yesterday and i am planning to do even better today.

The weather was downright spring-like this weekend (55 and sunny), so my fiance and I walked on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, about 3 miles each time. Now my knee hurts, though .
B: Shredded wheat, banana, coffee
S: Apple, green chai tea
L: One fajita, cheese stick, carrots, rye crackers
S: 1/2 a cucumber
D: Oriental cabbage salad with shredded chicken
