Who is ready to get back on a diet after the weekend? I am.  Yet another bad weekend.


B: bagel & banana


L: lean pocket & small apple


S: chips ahoy crisps


D: unsure right now.


E: I would love to but in class till 8 so probably none.

L: lean cuisine pecan chicken- its one of the new spa cuisine things and it was pretty good!


D: leftover  chicken and dumplings from last night


S: lemon bar and SF cocoa


W: yoga and arms

b milk, coffe, bread w butter and jelly


s 2 dark chocolate squares


l pasta w roasted peppers, eggplant and cheese, carrots, apple


s tea w 2 cookies


d may be omelette, mustard greens and salad, one or 2 oranges, cheese


w I go swimming only if I post it, so I gues I'll go swimming today

breakfast: coffee w/half & half, and a yoplait light yogurt, special K with n/f milk


lunch: barbeque chicken salad from deli, similar to CPK's


snack: granola bar


dinner: leftover baked chicken breast stuffed with feta and black olives, a lime ice-pop for dessert


exercise: 35 min. run/walk on treddy @ gym


i decided over the weekend i am going to try and do the WW points program on my own--my mom gave me an extra point-counting book she had, and i'm getting the hang of it.  i did ok yesterday and i am planning to do even better today.

The weather was downright spring-like this weekend (55 and sunny), so my fiance and I walked on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, about 3 miles each time.  Now my knee hurts, though .


B:  Shredded wheat, banana, coffee


S:  Apple, green chai tea


L:  One fajita, cheese stick, carrots, rye crackers


S:  1/2 a cucumber


D:  Oriental cabbage salad with shredded chicken

B:  whole wheat waffles w/ skim milk and blueberries

L:  turkey sandwhich with kettle chips from whole foods

E:  gym after class tonight...will probably do elliptical and some other machines but not sure yet

No exercise for me today but I went to the gym yesterday and did 30 min cardio and worked out my arms.


Today I ate:


B:  coffee and granola bar


L:  Lean Cuisine and FF choco pudding


S:  Suppose to be yogurt but someone stole it out the frig at work


D:  bbq chicken

I'm gonna jump on this bandwagon!! I'm trying to get a good routine going for exercise so maybe this will help


B: 2 cheesesticks


L: Wendys grilled chicken sandwich and a cup of fruit


D: left-over chicken & dumplings & some Skinny Cow ice cream


E: none b/c I was feeling like ass (have an UTI - got meds yesterday) but today fo' sure
