we've had a pretty poor turnout lately & today the thread hasn't even been posted yet!!  come on ladies, back on track!


b: soy protein cereal w/ milk


s: nectarine


l: cooked veggies on ww pita


s: strawberries & blueberries


d: turkey or chicken sandwich from grocery store deli (i have class tonight, so i'm in a pinch!)


w: arms, 20 min cardio (maybe less, depends on time avail.), 30 min. abs/pilates class

I'm here! I'm trying to be good. I've had a cold, so I've not really been eating healthy, but I haven't been eating a lot, either.


Breakfast: protein smoothie


Snack: Starbucks steamed milk


Lunch: 1/2 turkey sandwich and 2 hershey's kisses


Dinner: not sure - Soup?


Snack: tea and a couple little tiny cookies


Workout: walking on treadmill 30 minutes, Abs

I've been pretty bad about palnning ahead this week.


 


B: coffee


L: lean pocket ultra (ham and cheese), grapes


S: FF latte


D: was planning on veggie soup and grilled cheese, but now I'm feeling like breakfast foods so maybe an eggbeater omlette with broccoli and mozzarella with some veggie "sausage".


S: raspberries and blackberries w/ FF cool whip


W: I am really stressed today so I think I'll hit the gym for some cardio before my normal Thursday night yoga. I am having a very bad day and that might help.

B: Bagel and 2 lemon bars

L: Turkey sandwich

S: lemon bar (Its my snack day for class plus they are low cal/low WW points)

D: not sure. Will dig something up.

E: weights and some cardio if I have time.

join on in ico, being accountable to all the ladies here helps me be good throughout the day.  plus i tend to stick to what i said i was gonna eat that day or i feel like a cheater!

Ok....I haven't posted b/c I have been pretty bad   Work has been stressful...and I was in Vegas.....ok, enough excuses.


I am back - with a vengeance!!!  My goal is to lose 7 lbs by my bday (April 17th) - I have no idea if that is realistic or not.


B:  apple & coffee (w/ff cream)


L:  Salad with hard boiled egg


D:  roasted chicken with carrots and potatoes


Workout:  30 min pilates (am); 30 min cardio, abs, arms (pm)

i am going to join you ladies also, since i have been eating like i have a hollow leg or a parasite lately.  i think i may actually need to go on a more strict diet-diet, since when i try to just "eat healthy" i am not very accountable for it.  ok, so here's what i have had so far today:


breakfast: special K w/non-fat milk, coffee


lunch: 1/2 caesar salad w/chicken and 1/2 of very large italian roll (so good but so very starchy and fattening), diet coke. 


dinner: i'm going to eat the other half of salad and bread for dinner because i have class tonight and won't get home until after 10. 


if i am super-starving at 10, i will try to limit myself to just a yogurt.  no junk.


i did my ab/back exercises from physical therapy this morning (about 25-30 min. routine).  that's all i will have time for today, unfortunately.

ok, here it is (I am blushing, actually)...


b: 1/2 cup milk + espresso; bread with small amount of butter and jelly


l: sanwich w roasted peppers, cheese, spinach and a little olive oil; carrots; apple


I'll have tea with a couple of cookies when I get home


d: I think roasted chicken, spinach salad with olive oil and may be balsamic vinegar, some little bread, pineapple, little cheese


w: I'll try to go swimming 45 mins, if it's not too cold to get out...

B:  raisin bran with skim milk


L:  baby greens salad with chicken, walnuts, dried cranberries, and balsamic dressing with a whole wheat roll and a pat of butter


Snack:  honey peanut balance bar and red grapes


D:  chicken fajitas


another snack to be determined


workout:  35 min elliptical and am trying to get my butt to do some resistance stuff but I sooo don't feel like it today
