I've been pretty bad about palnning ahead this week.
B: coffee
L: lean pocket ultra (ham and cheese), grapes
S: FF latte
D: was planning on veggie soup and grilled cheese, but now I'm feeling like breakfast foods so maybe an eggbeater omlette with broccoli and mozzarella with some veggie "sausage".
S: raspberries and blackberries w/ FF cool whip
W: I am really stressed today so I think I'll hit the gym for some cardio before my normal Thursday night yoga. I am having a very bad day and that might help.
join on in ico, being accountable to all the ladies here helps me be good throughout the day. plus i tend to stick to what i said i was gonna eat that day or i feel like a cheater!
i am going to join you ladies also, since i have been eating like i have a hollow leg or a parasite lately. i think i may actually need to go on a more strict diet-diet, since when i try to just "eat healthy" i am not very accountable for it. ok, so here's what i have had so far today:
breakfast: special K w/non-fat milk, coffee
lunch: 1/2 caesar salad w/chicken and 1/2 of very large italian roll (so good but so very starchy and fattening), diet coke.
dinner: i'm going to eat the other half of salad and bread for dinner because i have class tonight and won't get home until after 10.
if i am super-starving at 10, i will try to limit myself to just a yogurt. no junk.
i did my ab/back exercises from physical therapy this morning (about 25-30 min. routine). that's all i will have time for today, unfortunately.
