d: 1/2 boneless skinless chicken breast w/ veggies
w: legs & 20 min cardio
morning! Wed. is my rouch day becasue of class, plus I was home sick yesterday and today I am starving!!!
B: coffee
L: rice and beans
S: latte and maybe something light-ish from starbucks (a biscotti? a yogurt?)
D: no idea- something quick and cheap before class. Maybe some soup.

D: something Italian. My mom and her friends are going to dinner and a movie tonight and I'm going with them.
E: hopefully I will get to walk but if not I'm definetly pulling out ole Mari
I have been so bad about posting each day. However, I have been very good. I lost 2 pounds last week.

L: Lean Cuisine turkey and greenbeans and FF choco pudding
S: gummy fruit from Target
D: Either Subway or left over spaghetti. Not to sure.
Workout: 45 min cardio and upper body for weights today
B: Toast and butter
L: Japanese chicken soup with vermicelli
D: Thai food
A: 5 glasses of wine and 5 shots of tequila (I know I know )
Workout: one hour personal training (squats and lower body), 45 min interval running.
