There is a canned version that is called "Pure Protein" that I beleive is made by worldwide. I bought the chocolate. They are the best I have had, but are not craveworthy. The protein powder version of the canned stuff isn't nearly as good, although it is much cheaper. As far as powder is concerned, EAS whey protein powder in vanilla or chocolate are good (if you are carb counting, chocolate has more carbs, and the vanilla is pretty okay)
NECTAR bt SYNTRAX!!!!! Sooooooooo yummy! Comes in flavors like lemonade and fuzzy navel (tastes like sunny d), you just mix it w/ water, can't say enough how highly I recommend this stuff! :) Has no fat, no carbs, 90 calories, and 23 grams of protein per scoop.
I like the Jamieson Slim Down whey shakes. I tried one this morning. Creamy French Vanilla..These shakes contain whey protein concentrate, soy protein isolate, natural and artificial flavor, xanthan gum, carageenan gum and sucralose. One scoop (scoop provided) contains 130 calories, 2 grams fat, 3 grams carbs, 27 grams protein. I mixed mine with non fat milk, it also suggests water, soy milk, rice milk, etc. I enjoyed it and am looking forward to having another in the am. I wouldnt use it as a meal replacement. I think that is the idea. But there is no fibre (2 grams, big whoop) and very little vitamins, etc. But I think it will make a great supplement.

That sounds refreshing! I think I will give it a shot...
I make my own from a can of vanilla Trader Joe's whey protein ($7.50) and a can of Chocolate Royale Ultima slim fast mix ($8). I use half a cup of water to dissolve not quite a full scoop of the whey protein, then add half a cup of soy milk and half a scoop of the slim fast mix. I have estimated it to be around 200 calories and 17 grams of protein. You can use more milk for a richer taste/more protein. It's actually really good, dirt cheap (about $15 for 20-22 shakes-there's 17 full scoops of protein on the label, but I use a little less, and theres 14 servings of the slim fast, but i only use half a scoop.) And you don't have to order it. Somehow, chocolate + vanilla tastes like caramel? I'm happy with my creation though, and I drink one a morning and one after working out.
