d: rest of lunch if i don't finish, otherwise a very late cooked veggies on ww pita
w: 20 min cardio, arms, 30 min pilates/abs class
Hi all! I finally made it on today after class and my interview
B: Bagel
L: grapes and a small bag of those sun crisps chips (no time for lunch and no bread in the house)
S: soy corn dog (making up for poor lunch)
D: probably my left overs from Sunday - chicken parm sandwich
E: Lifted Weights and will walk the dog after dinner.
B: banana (running late)
lunch: turkey burger on whole wheat bun with a slice of cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and a handful of some kind of chips (not sure of the brand)
snack: honey peanut balance bar and red grapes
another snack before my kickboxing class: strawberry yogurt

Snack: luna Bar
Lunch: Lean Cuisine pizza
Snack: Pepperoni and String cheese.
Dinner: Grilled chicken on spinach fettucine
W-45 minutes cardio on elliptical.
