Bridesmaid dresses

Ok, so I just recently got engaged. My ring is a vintage filigree and my dress is vintage 30s.7476largerivory.jpg

I'm having a super hard time finding vintage-y bridesmaid dresses to fit in with the rest of my theme. I'm kind of up in the air about my colors, but my wedding is in June, so something summery and fun. Don't worry about price. Help me girls!

You didn't see any on the unique-vintage website you liked?  Do you have colors picked out?  I kinda like these below, they don't outdo the dress which by the way is super pretty!

SALE** 30's Style Golden Rose Harlow Gown - XS thru XL1930's Style Antique Rose Pleated Glamour Prom Dress - 4 to 18<---maybe this ones too pretty!
Great Gatsby Pink Carwash Hem Flapper Dress - XS to MedRoaring 20's Blue Beaded Flapper Gatsby Dress -S to 2XQueen of Heartz 40's Style Seafoam Green Dress XS-3X
I'd probably go with the seafoam one myself.  I think it would compliment nicely.

I would actually stay away from anything that's specifically "vintage-y" because I think it could easily look too costume-y.  I think a simple dress with the right hair and makeup would do the trick.  Plus I think it'd be hard to find vintage style dresses that will suit a variety of body shapes.

Thread Design has always had beautiful dresses and when I went to their website to look for you, the picture that popped up and that's exactly what I had in mind.  I like the way their hair and makeup is styled to look vintage-y, but the dresses aren't.

I'm gonna second NCshopper. I think that since your dress is so detailed (and gorgeous!) that you might want to stay very simple with the bridesmaids dresses. Maybe something that mirrors the hourglass shape of your dress but without the lace detailing and beadwork. I do really like the seafoam color though of that dress that Cortney posted.

I also agree with NCShopper! Your dress is GORGEOUS! so dress the BMs in something more simple and have their hair and makeup done vintage.
please let us know how its comes out! and post pictures!!!!
