WW Winning Points

Does anyone here follow ww winning points. I use to and I have foods that I like to stick to, but I was wondering what are your favorite foods that you prepare, and the items on your grocery list and their point values. TIA

Isn't Winning Points the point range?  I do that one if that's it.

i have a few recipes that I have tried and liked.  I'll look them up online and post them here for you.  I also posted one in the food thread that is 2 points per serving I think and then you can add rice or pasta and it'll go up to 6 points per serving.

Choo- Flex is similar to Winning Points except you have a range for everyday to eat and you don't have extra points to use whenever but if you don't eat all your points in a day you can carry them over in Winning Points so they are really similar.

Grocery staples:

String Cheese - 1 point

Fruit - fuji apples, pears, strawberries, cantelope, green grapes

Veggies- corn, broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce, carrots, cucumber, sprouts

Canned goods- can corn - 1 point, can peas - 0 points (look for 60 cals and 3 fibers)

Frozen Section - lean pockets - chick parm and pepperoni pizza 5 points each, morning star farms: corn dogs - 3 points, chick patties - 3 points Boca Burgers - the kind with cheese mixed in- 3 points, Chicken Voila - 5 points maybe and then they have Contessa (??) shrimp fried rice that is 3 points

Fish: tilapia filets (frozen section at walmart) 1 point per filet I think, frozen crawfish tails - 1 point (I'll post a pic online of the packaging)

Soups: Soup Starters at Walmart- Blue Bag- Broc and Cheese 2 points per cup, Campbells Potato Soup 4 points

Pudding/Jello - all sugar free/fat free: orange, strawberry, & mixed fruit - 0 points chocolate fudge, chocolate - 2 points (stay away from banana creme)

Bread/Bagels - Sara Lee 100% whole wheat bagels - 2 points (120 cals), Lite Honey Wheat Bread - 1 point for 2 slices (White bag with orange on it)

Tortilla Wraps - there is a low carb one in the deli meat section. 1 point per serving

Salsa- Newman's Own pineapple is great on chicken

If you have a whole foods near you get the Kabuli pizza shells - very good- 4 points per shell (small ones)
