Has anyone ever flown them? Any news on any problems and their financial woes? Most airlines have money problems anyway, so I guess I am not too worried about that.
They are going to start a SEA to IAD run on May 1, and the price can't be beat ($188 r/t).
I've only flown them once, but I'll be flying them again in a few weeks. Is it bizarre to say I'm actually looking forward to flying an airline? Their planes were incredibly clean (aren't they all new? can't remember now) and just felt a bit nicer than say, Southwest, with whom I guess they are competing. They have recordings of celebrities doing the safety announcements, which while gimmicky, is kind of cute. And their website is super easy to use, big from me on that. They also assign seats, unlike Southwest, and I'm a big fan of that on a low fare carrier as well. Obviously, it's not like being in business class on American Airlines or United or something, but I'd say overall, it's a great value. They're also constantly running special fares. The flight I'm going on in a couple weeks I got for $44 each way. Can't beat that.
