Morning girls!


I hate how scales don't all weigh you the same.  I went to the rec and their scale says one thing and the one at home says another.  Maybe its the time of day difference    anyways...


B: Blueberry muffin (weight watchers yummy) and a banana


S: 1 cup cantaloupe


L: lean pocket (chick parm) pear


S: not really sure but I need to find something else to eat so I get all my points in!


D: left over lean ham and pineapple with peas


Exercise: Walking for 40 minutes.

l: last leftover risotto stuffed pepper


s: banana


d: cooked veggies & ww pita


w: legs & 20 min. cardio


ETA: on last check i have lost 6 lbs.!!  congrats to both of us lsubatgirl!!

I forgot to ask how everyone is doing with their weight loss since the beginning of the new year.  I'm down 7 pounds hopefully I'll drop a few more plus some inches in the next few months.

Breakfast:  Banana and Oatmeal


Snack:  half a Luna Bar


Lunch:  Low Fat Tuna Casserole


Snack:  Apple and other half of luna bar


Dinner:  Turkey Meatbealls and spaghetti


Workout:  1 hour endurance training  (cardio cardio cardio....bleah!!!!)

Mornin' girls.  I've decided the pilates along is just not cuttin it.  I've been doing really well food-wise, but I'm not really making any progress at all .  However, the pants that used to me my skinny pants were sliding down a bit on Sunday, so I don't know wtf is going on.  I guess it's back to the stupid apartment-office gym for me .


Breakfast:  Shredded wheat, banana, skim milk, coffee


Snack:  Apple


Lunch:  Leftover wheat spaghetti, carrots, orange


Dinner:  Tilapia, green beans, brown rice


Excercise:  30 min walking/running on treadmill, pilates

Excercise - I did lower body weight this morning and abs.

Breakfast - oatmeal w/skim milk & pumpkin; coffee

Meal #1 - whole wheat pasta w/mushroom, asparagus, chicken sauce; strawberries; 1/2 Trader Joe's cookie

Meal #2 - ham, lite mayo, spinach, and tomato on whole wheat bread; yogurt

Dinner - not sure...

Okay I just broke down and ate like 15 chocolates. Okay, now I'm going to the gym to do hamstrings, calves, 30 min cardio, and 1 hour pilates class.

Update: Since new year, I have lost 6 lbs... 


B: whole grain toast


L: chicken noddle soup


S: handful nuts


D: Duck breast sandwich


A: Zero alcohol!!!!  Yipee! 


Workout: 1 hour personal training (worked on shoulders and triceps), then 1 hours Spinning class.  Calories burned: 655
