i need to grocery shop badly... plus i need opinions: i'm starting class tonight that is from 7:30-9:55. the problem is i get outta work at 5, go to the gym till 6, abs class till 6:30, then i have to shower & eat somehow (this is my question) & leave the gym by 7 to make it to class on time. what/how can i eat?? 10 is waaaay too late for me, but 5 is too early & i don't wanna eat a full meal b4 working out! today i'm gonna try & run back to work (it's next to the gym) after the gym to prepare my dinner & possibly be late to class, but i need ideas! thanks girls!
I have the same problem. I don't mind eating dinner late but I get famished so I definitely need something to tide me over, then I eat more at 10 when I get home. I've been making a pb&j or tuna salad on wheat before I leave work and eating it after the gym but before class.

the other thing i just remembered was that my friend heats up lean pockets in the microwave each morning and wraps them in foil. When lunch comes around they are at room temp but still tastes good accord. to her. Could you do that before you left work?
Breakfast: piece of toast with peanut butter and a banana
about an hour a cup of cafe with vanilla creamer and a teaspoon of sugar
lunch: asian salad, veggie assortment, gourmet macaroni and cheese, tuna on flat breat and a bday cupcake
snack: grapes and cottage cheese
dinner: spaghetti and salad
maybe I'll have a snack after dinner...will probably be up late studying for my midterm tomorrow
workout: 40 min on elliptical (20 min interval training, 20 min just going at it) and lotte berk hip hugger abs tape
crystal: I totally understand your problem with getting a meal in when you have work and class. Wednesdays I go to class from 4-10pm and it used to be that I worked beforehand 7am-3:30pm. I usually would either pack something in the morning that would be my dinner or I would buy something at the cafe located in the building where my class is. If you don't have somewhere to buy your meal then I would suggest planning ahead and preparing your dinner either the night before or the morning before.
