I got the T3 Tourmaline for xmas. I love love love love it. I have really think, dry frizzy hair. It use to take me 45 minutes to blow dry my hair it now takes 15 minutes. My hair is less frizzy overall. Love it
I have an inexpensive Revlon one and love it! My hair is long and fine, but I have a lot of it - this really cuts my drying time and makes me much less frizzy.

stay away from the vidal sasson ionic one. it sucks. not enough power and the controls are really hard to use (it has these rocker switches that are incredibly hard to move and not at all ergonomic)
I heard they make a difference. I haven't bought one yet but my hair stylist said to just get one from Sallys or a similar place because they would be a decent quality and not a high price.
I have a cheap Remington brand from Wal-Mart, and it works really well. I have thick wavy hair. I've defiantly noticed a huge difference in dry time. It takes about five minutes to dry my hair, which is past my shoulders.
subwolley--i got the Remington one at Target yesterday on your suggestion---I used it last night---I couldn't tell if it dried my hair any faster--it still took 20-25 minutes but the end results seemed much better---less frizzy and healthier looking! I didn't end up having to use my flatiron as much. Thanks for the rec!

20-25 mintues?! Really? That's crazy! It's never taken me that long to dry my hair, and I have a lot of it. But I'm glad you liked the end results.
