I ordered two rings from them and had them rush delivered so I could wear them on my honeymoon. Well, I tracked the package and supposedly they were delivered yesterday, but I never got them!
I contacted their customer service and they said they'd put a trace on the package. I told them that I wanted the rings right away and kept asking if they could re-ship them in the meantime. They refused and told me that they won't re-ship until after the trace, which takes 5-10 days to complete! So frustrating!
I'm a little late on this but the problem is with UPS. I ALWAYS have problems with them!
A couple months ago they "lost" my 10 ft flokati rug! You don't lose a 10 ft rug! My guess the thing was only wrapped in plastic and somebody took a liking to it. What made me more furious is that I bought the last one and so the place I ordered it from couldn't replace it.
Just a few days ago they said they delivered my new bag, not on my doorstep! UPS refused to even send the guy back to retreive the package and deliver it to the correct address. Two days later I had a hunch and checked the house next to us that nobody even lives at yet and that's where I found it. I haven't even contacted the website I got it from to stop the tracer (whatever that would do) since it's hard to get ahold of them!
That being said, always check with your neighbors and hopefully they are honest!
I ordered a bag on 9/10. It shipped US Postal Service on 9/12. By 9/18 I contacted them because it hadn't arrived. They wouldn't even trace it until ten business days had gone by - which would be on 9/24.
I contacted them again on 9/26. They traced it. On 10/03 they contacted me saying it is missing, and was now out of stock. What really p*ssed me off is if they'd traced it when I first called, I might have been able to order a replacement before they sold out.
The whole experience was really frustrating. They gave me a $10 credit because I annoyed them so much.
