My SO is trying to help me control my shopping, but even though I asked for help I didn't really mean it. His solution is to hide packages that I recieve by mail from me! Yesterday I went home excited to get my new jeans, and he wouldn't give them to me Grrr! He was like if I don't get anymore packages for a few days then I could have them. So I spent all night searching the whole house for my stuff. And finally, he asked me if I still wanted him to help, and I said no, and he was like, "are you sure, don't ask for my help anymore", and I said yes I am sure I want my stuff. So he got it for me, and then he gets mad at me! He said you chose clothes over me and wouldn't talk to me for the rest of the night....grrr...is this normal?

Haha, sounds like his maleness, "let me figure out a solution for you," kicked in.  Although he didn't quite think it through, since you recieving packages means you've already paid for them & hiding them really doesn't do any good.  He probably just got his feelings hurt since you asked for his help and then rejected it.  Guys are silly like that.

He's just being a boy. They can never accept that fact that not everything is for them to fix. Love the jeans, wear them with a low cut top and he'll forgive you.
