I have a pair that I'm afraid to wear because I always slip & almost fall in them. the bottom of that little tiny heel is so smooth & slippery!

I take a small grain piece of sand paper to it. Works for me.

If they're really bad, take them to the cobbler - they can replace the heel cap with something sturdier and/or add a rubber sole to your shoe.
