It's not early here!  I'm about 13 hours ahead of NY time

B: Whole grain toast & boiled egg (I think this is my breakfast everyday)

L: Chicken and rice noodle soup

D: Caesar Salad

I'm going to add a new section for my diary called A which stands for alcohol, which I think for me is the one I need most help with.  I have very high tolerance which makes me drink a lot, last week I finally calculated how many calories I was drinking in alcohol alone and it scared me (1,200 calories per outing!).  So New Year's resolution, drink no more than 1,400 calories per week in alcohol (except in very special occasions like my birthday )

A: 4 glasses of red wine (TGIF plus I have been very good this week).  I will refuse to do any tequila shots today

Workout:

- 50 minutes elliptical machine

- 45 minutes weight training (biceps, triceps and shoulders)

today is going to be a rough day for me. I had nothing to bring for lunch that wasn't turkey (stupid fridays during lent!) so this is my best guess:

B: coffee

L: something cheap. Probably a slice of cheese pizza and a small salad.

D: going to a fundraiser tonight, so it'll be finger foods. I probably won't eat that much.

A: I don't even want to know... lol. it will be a lot. I haven't gone out in forever.

Won't be able to go to the gym today, but I have a ton of walking to do

Joina- your A category reminds me of the Bridget Jones books.  She counted A, Cal, and Cig's in her diary.

B: Blueberry weight watcher muffin (yummy)

S: 1 cup grapes

L: soy chick sandwich and a fuji apple

D: I'm being bad tonight! I'm headed out to dinner! Crawfish bread, Ceaser Salad (prob with shrimps), and banana's foster maybe.

E: 20 min pilates dvd is all I have time for.

B:  Skipped it

L:  Bowl of soup and 1/2 ham sandwich.

D:  I'm stir frying chicken with veggies.
