the bf and i are attempting to be good catholics for once in our lives, so we want to make something meatless tonight...does anyone have any good seafood recipes?  i want scallops, he wants shrimp...but i want any/all your favorite seafood recipes.  i'm looking online, but there are so many to choose from...i want recipes that are tried and true!  thanks
