Belle Gray is near my home so I've stopped in from time to time. The service and selection has always been really hit and miss - I think they're still figuring out what works. Anyway, the last few times, the service was just awful. Either when I called on items seen on their site, or stopped in. There's a manager there who was tending to the store and she honestly treated me so rudely and disrespectfully I'll never return. She's done it a few times now, and I just decided the last time they're not worth earning money from me if they're going to be awful about it.

I second this opinion on the online front - these are the people who sold me the Rebecca Taylor sweater I was obsessing over, then called 5 days later to say it was sold out, then called AGAIN to say oops no we have it and then AGAIN to say oh no we were wrong, we don't have it. The woman doing the calling was all super-gushy and "saaaaaaawrry" etc. Not genuine at all. Bad experience all around.
