I used to be an athlete in high school and was a religious gym rat in college. I have since graduated and am still searching for my first job. I am looking for a few good workout videos and am open to any suggestions I like all kinds of sports/exercise/dance. Does anyone have any they really like?

I am currently doing Jillian Michel's (from the Biggest Loser) 30-day Shred. Just to give you an idea, I am a fitness instructor and I work out at home when I want to be left alone and this video KICKS my you-know-what and it's only a 20-minute workout (there are three 20-minute workouts, each harder than the next). I consider myself in shape and I am struggling during some parts of it. Just sayin'.
Otherwise, do you have cable? The FitTV (I think that's what it's called) has Exercise on Demand (or your guide might list the channel as this). I hope this helps!

i like the 10 minute solution videos, mostly because i rarely have the time or energy to do a whole 50-60 minute workout. they have many different ones available. you can customize your workout on the dvds by choosing just one workout or doing the 5 workouts in any order you want. i'm a fan of yoga so i'm thinking about getting a few yoga dvds, but i haven't gotten around to it.
here's a really great website for excersise videos/dvds: www.collagevideo.com you can watch previews of any video that they sell, and they sell LOADS and loads of them, just about any one you can think of. they also have a catalog that you can get sent to your house.

I second Jillian's 30 Day Shred.
I third the 30 day shred. I also mix it up with the 10 Minute Series. They are great if you only have a few mins or longer since you can pick and choose how long and which areas you want to work on.
