ooh, i can't miss that! i wish i'd gotten to be in the audience at that taping...

so who do you think or hope will win tonight? i hope it's kris and john. hayden and aaron are annoying (well, hayden really) and i hate kendra - she's so self-involved and shallow. and the other guy (why can't i remember his name) is just a baby - the girl's alright, though she definitely has some issues too...i know that no matter what happens i'll be disappointed, it just hasn't been that great this time. but i'll watch anyway...after i get home from dinner.

oh - the finale is tonight! that's right! I'm rooting for Kris and John! they are such a sweet couple and they worked together really well as a team.

totally agree with your opinions on the other couples... you never know who will win - there's always those glitches at the end... can't wait to watch it!!!!!!!!

Oooh, I love AR. I have plans tonight, but I've got the Tivo set. This is the first season I've watched all the way through. I'd love to see the others if/when they come out on DVD.

As for Jonathan and Victoria, I can't stand either of them and don't want to look at them or listen to them ever again. They're disgusting. Not a Dr. Phil fan either, but I'll be interested in hearing a summary of the show. I don't think I could stomach all three of them together!

I haven't seen every episode but I am cheering for Kris and John. Is Kendra the woman who kept making comments about how the 3rd world people should "stop breeding" etc.? She's an ass? So is Hayden. Dr. Phil ripping Jonathan to shreds should be nice...I dislike both men.

Have you all heard that Rob and Amber from Survivor will be on the next TAR? Is that old news?

I can't remember exactly what Kendra said in Senegal, but when they went to the house where so many men and women (I believe more than any other location at the height of African slave trading) we're sent off, she said something to the effect of "this place is so disgusting, no wonder so many people escaped". That's probably the worst, but she's said many more insensitive things. Very shallow.

I do hope Kris and John win too. Hayden bugs, and I don't want Kendra to win anything. I do like the other girl that's with the wimpy horned dude. He's such a whiner. But she's definitly got some issues if she's still with him. She's pretty cool. Looks like a fun episode, though.

asf - yeah, Rob was hot as the rangey alpha male on the island but off the island he's kind of pudgy and...eh, just not hot. Plus, he's dating Ms Vapid. I think they'll do well on TAR as well.

Someone told me about Kendra's 'escaped' comment. How do people even get that stupid? She must have slept all through her history lessons or something.

Oh wow I can't believe I missed this post earlier. (I also can't believe you remember my love for the show Detroit!). I am so excited about the finale tonight and I'm rooting for Kris and John also. I hate the other 3 groups. Ugh I don't even know where to begin describing my feelings towards them. Maybe after the finale I will be able to describe it for yall haha.

I will definetly be watching Dr. Phil also. I had heard he was bringing them on the show but I thought I had missed it. It will probably be on the same time as the AR next week so the regular viewers can see it in its spot.

Ugh! I cannot believe Kendra and Freddie won! It saddens me that someone who is so ignorant about the world and poverty would win a show about world traveling. It makes me not want to watch the next one (I am sure that won't last). On another note I did find their travels in China amusing because I was there in September and we experienced the same thing the staring, the cabbies that didn't know where they were going, the language barrier, the laughing at us, etc.

Oh, and I think Kendra's final comment just summed up how self centered she is when she announced that Freddie was worthy of having her children...WTF???

and then freddie said "she's the greatest thing that's ever happened to anyone!" yet another WTF?! moment from our champions. they're just an appalling, ignorant couple and i wish a different team had won. kris and jon (by the way, isn't jon a total hottie??) should have won. i liked how kris is a geography major. i was actually rooting for rebecca and adam though, just because if she was going to fake being his girlfriend to help them win, i thought she should get paid!

can't wait till next week for the Johnathan bash fest, and in 3 weeks for the next race! this really is my favorite show on TV right now.

even though this show has won the emmy for best reality show, did you know it almost got pulled due to lack of viewing? I try to encourage people to watch it as much as I can...

I am so mad Freddie and Kendra won. When they were talking about one another and what each other means to them I was like they deserve each other. After the pizza eating part I was really questioning Kendra having an eating disorder. This wasn't the first task she had problems eating on. While Chicago pizzas are huge I've eaten 2 pieces without any problems and I'm not a big eater. I just feel sorry for her if she is. Oh and what was with him trying to tell the cops that they had an emergency? I'm glad the cops didn't help them out with getting to the place they needed to go.

I was glad Hadyen and Aaron were eliminated in the first hour. I don't know if I could have taken another hour of them in the race. She is so awful and flips out over everything. I turned to my mom after he proposed to her and said he should have waited until the episodes aired to make sure. And why did she do the lock task? I mean she was already hysterical and having panic attacks! Was it really the wisest decision on their part?

I wanted Kris and John to win so bad. They never got upset or mad at each other. I think they had the right attitude and I wish more of the contestants on the show had that attitude but then no one would watch it. It just sucks that American screwed them over to get the airfare; that was when they lost.

I have no comments on Adam and Rebecca. I never liked them and I never thought they had a chance last night.

China was beautiful but the language barrier issues they all had made me hesitant to ever want to go there on vacation.
