STYLETHREAD -- LET'S TALK SHOP!

So I have been pretty MIA the past year but pop in occassionally.  But now I am married and back to my regular stylethread ways (hopefully).  Just wanted to give a little update!

1) We got married last month 8.8.08 in Hawaii at the Kahala Hotel and Resort on Oahu.  A complete destination wedding with about 62 people.  I couldn't have wished for a better day!  It was just perfect and all my vendors kept commenting on how relaxed I was!  Tip:  A wedding coordinator is a HUGE help and I didn't stress at all that day! 
2)  Came back and had an At Home Reception (AHR) at Pacific Palms Resort for the parental friends (a small 160 ppl event) in full Chinese style.  Formal tea ceremony and 4 dress changes.
3) Our internet doesn't work.   For over a month now.  I have to use DH's laptop when I can cuz he has an aircard from work.  So posting and internet check ups are sporadic.  
4)  I've changed jobs/dept. at work and now officially a Sr. Technical Designer (promotion in title but not pay, haha to me).  I'm in Design and get to work with the VP and Sr. Creative Designer everyday.  Very fun but much more time consuming.  Oh and they've blocked most web sites at work.
5) We're going to remodel the condo (if I can help it).  With uncertainty about DH's job situation we'll take it step by step. But look for me on the Home and Garden forum.
6) I'm glad to get back to some sense of normality! I've missed you guys!
7) Oh and we leave for our honeymoon in Greece next week! :)
