I keep all my makeup in one bag in my purse as I am constantly dashing in and out of the gym. If you have a lot of different makeup/colors this might not be feasible. But I just carry the following:

- Blush Powder

- Pressed Powder

- Neutral eyeshadows

- Eyeliners (brown and black)

- Mascaras (brown and black)

- 3 brushes (eyeshadow, blush and powder)

- Day lotion

- Travel Chanel Chance perfume (love that thing!)

All this fits in my makeup bag pretty neatly.

Everything I own has a place in a plastic organizer. I use one with shallow drawers for makeup, because I can see everything just by taking out the drawer. And I never really carry makeup with me, except for gloss, which I keep in my purse.

I use something similar to this that has 4 drawers and I do foundation, eye shadow base, powder, eyelash curler, and eyebrow gel in the first drawer

eyeshadows in the second drawer

blush, eyeliner in the third drawer

lipstick, lip pencils, and lip glosses in the bottom drawer. Its a little big for me but it keeps stuff organized and easy for me to grab and find. I keep in under the sink.
