LOL crystal...great minds think alike.

I was utterly and horribly bad during my business trip last week.  I went nuts.  I did do two 5-mile runs, though, so at least I got that in...

I think I gained a couple of pounds, but I am hoping that will come off once I start eating right and working out regularly again.

How's everyone else doing?

Breakfast:  Eggbeaters and Turkey Bacon

Midmorning Snack:  Pepperoni and string cheese

Lunch:  Lean Cuisine Pizza

Midafternoon snack:  Granola bar

Dinner:  Low Fat Breaded Parmesan Chicken with spinach and whole wheat pasta

ETA my workout:  1 hour of endurance training (sprint intervals, spinning, jumping rope, elliptical, and rowing) and 10 minutes of abs.
