I think he may have two.. However I think Lanie might be a step-child. She could be Kim's daughter with someone else. Just a guess.. That is the vibe I got from the song.

I'm not sure who Lainey is but I know its not his child. It could be a step child or maybe a neice or something like that. But I guess Haley and Lainey are close because he says something about "I guess you are like sisters now". Thats just my 2 cents on it though. I just assumed if it was his child by birth that we would have heard more about her by now.

I'm not disagreeing with you since obviously I don't know Eminem or anything, but I had read a different story. I read that Lanie was his niece (Kim's brother or sister's kid) and she was neglected and Eminem took her in.
