Well, this is what always works for me (and I promise I am not trying to be mean): I look at the people who are eating it and I ask myself "Would I want to look like them?" Usually this works because people who eat unhealthy food all day are usually at least a bit overweight (except for those lucky, lucky girls and boys who can eat absolutely anything). If that doesn't work, just remember that we are all pulling for you and think of how good you've been doing!

Confession: I was awful last night. Three glasses of wine, chips, salsa, creme brulee, and some horrible (but yummy) pastry thing. Today, I am all about atonement. I don't know whether to laugh at myself or cry.
Breakfast: tea and toast
Lunch: Gardenburger on whole wheat roll and FF pudding
Snack: ww granola bar
Dinner: Salmon salad
Ballet + abs tonight

I didn't go to the gym yesterday, and I am so NOT motivated today, but I will be there for a grueling workout: 50 minutes of cardio and over an hour of weights
B: Soy latte and 2/3 C. Oatmeal
L: Cup of Yam/Coconut soup, small spinach salad, and 1/2 vegan cupcake

thanks lisa... i just ate a couple pieces of chocolate, but that's it for the day. ugh, my horrible coworkers keeping that damn candy bowl between me & the printer! sadly most of my coworkers are in shape so seeing them eat unhealthy only makes me feel like if they can do it, why can't i? but knowing i have to fess up to u all makes me rethink my choices... sometimes! i'll work extra hard at the gym today to make up for it!
Okay, I haven't posted here in a while, but I'm going to try to do better, so hopefully I'll be posting!
skipped breakfast, for lunch I had the other half of the sesame chicken spinach wrap from yesterday.
snack will be either yogurt or a piece of fruit.
Dinner will probaby be a chicken sandwich (I'm going to the Rattlers game, so I'll try to look for something healthy like this).
I'm going to do some ab exercises when I get home, but I won't have time for anything else.
How do you girls find the time everyday to workout? I find it's so hard to fit it in. Work takes up so much time! By the time I get home, it's already so late

well, personally, i work from 8-5 (approx.), then hit the gym from 5:15-6:30/7:00, get home & prepare dinner, then watch tv & veg till 10, then prepare clothes/food for next day, shower & go to bed. this is basically my schedule for m-f, i don't have a car & the gym is next to work so i don't work out on weekends. i guess when i write it down it sounds kinda boring, but i think of the gym as an activity so i feel like i do a lot during the week!
