Ok, I have been really bad.....Monday I went to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner and yesterday I went to Bay Cities Subs for Lunch.....today I am starting afresh!!!
I was hoping that if I read this thread it would motivate me...
I was on vacation last week til now and have been bad. I saw my trainer for a "hotel workout" but never actually did it. I managed to run down the beach for half an hour one morning at 6:30, but that never happened again. Plus, we won't even begin to discuss the delicious morsels I have been eating while away. I just thank God all my clothes still fit, but no way am I getting on a scale anytime soon.
I ate a big bowl of oatmeal for breakfast with a Soy latte and had a small bowl of veggie chile for lunch and I am hungry now. I have nothing to eat here, but don't want to go out; I'll proably have a cup of hot soy chocolate.
I really need to get to the gym today, but GOD! I don't want to. I just wanna go home, plop on the couch, eat and be fat. Is that ok today?
