Morning Girls.  Hope everyone's diet is going well.


B: banana walnut oatmeal with banana


S: 1 cup grapes


L: Boca cheese burger with lettuce, extra cheese, and a nectarine


D: not sure either broiled tilapia, broc/cheese soup, or pizza (homemade)

morning ladies...


b: 1/2 bagel w/ a smidge of cream cheese


s: apple sauce cup


l: not sure, coworker is taking us out cuz he got his green card!  i'll try & eat healthy tho, wherever we end up


s: celery stick w/ tsp. pb


d: grilled chicken, asparagus, 3 beans


w: legs (5 machines) & either 20 min elliptical or cousin might drag me to spinning class for 1 hr!!

Ok, I have been really bad.....Monday I went to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner and yesterday I went to Bay Cities Subs for Lunch.....today I am starting afresh!!!


Breakfast:  Banana


Mid Morning Snack:  FF Pudding Cup


Lunch:  Ham Sandwich


Afternoon Snack:  Yogurt


Dinner:  ??


Workout:  30-40 min cardio with arms & abs

Happy Groundhog Day!


Breakfast:  Raisin Bran, NF Latte


Snack:  Apple


Lunch:  Chicken Tortilla Soup, orange, rye crackers, diet soda


Dinner:  Homemade Pot roast w/veggies


Finally back on track w/ my pilates - more abs, arms, buns, and thighs tonight!

I have a ridiculously busy day today and was running late this morning so couldn't pack a lunch!


B: tea


L: no idea. probably grab something from Starbucks next door.


D: between work and class, so something I can grab quick. Most likely half a sandwhich and a soup from ABP


S: after class if I need it- green pepper strips and hummus


No time to workout.

I was hoping that if I read this thread it would motivate me...


I was on vacation last week til now and have been bad.  I saw my trainer for a "hotel workout" but never actually did it.  I managed to run down the beach for half an hour one morning at 6:30, but that never happened again.  Plus, we won't even begin to discuss the delicious morsels I have been eating while away.  I just thank God all my clothes still fit, but no way am I getting on a scale anytime soon.


I ate a big bowl of oatmeal for breakfast with a Soy latte and had a small bowl of veggie chile for lunch and I am hungry now.  I have nothing to eat here, but don't want to go out; I'll proably have a cup of hot soy chocolate. 


I really need to get to the gym today, but GOD! I don't want to.  I just wanna go home, plop on the couch, eat and be fat.  Is that ok today?
