Heart Rate Monitor

Hey gals - Just wanted to share with you one of the greatest things that have helped me keep up with my workout.

I bought a Polar M61 Heart Rate Monitor (HRM) when I went on my diet and fitness craze and have not regretted it ever since...  I found out that I always pushed myself way too hard before and the HRM helps me pace myself and stay within the "fat burning zone"...  It also counts how many calories you have burned during the workout, which is a definite plus.

I love using my heart rate monitor.  It's cool to be able to see how hard you are (or are not)  working.

Juno, I don't have any issues with my strap coming off.  I think mine is a Polar A120, I think.

Juno - I have no problems with my chest wrap either...  I also have the polar brand (I did own another one by another brand and the chest wrap was not as confortable.  I did hear that Polar also just came out with an all-soft chest wrap, without the plastic front part.
