morning ladies... so i must make a confession. i was really bad last night. i'm talking REALLY bad... i ate & ate till i couldn't eat no more! oh it was sooooo good tho! here's a link to the menu, we ate family style so i had a little of almost EVERYTHING!!
The worst part is i had several large bites of dessert! it was this amazing creme brulee pastry dish... it wasn't like a normal CB cuz i don't really like those. this had fresh strawberries, flaky pastry & super rich creme (haha, i guess that's what it was). ok, now that i've confessed i feel a little better... and a little fatter .
breakfast: homemade cereal & soy milk (got vanilla by accident)
Busy work day, so no workout. I am now living off oatmeal because I can't even get to the grocery store right now. How sad is that? At least I am getting my fiber.
I got my measurements done yesterday by my trainer, and I have lost everywhere since November.

I have been horrible today:
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: 1/2 bag of Fritos (no kidding)
Lunch: v. v. small portion of eggplant parmesan (cringe)
Dinner: most likely nothing in penitance for the rest of the day EXCEPT...
Workout: ballet class with wicked hard teacher
(will need pre-workout nourishment)

lisa, u really should eat something for dinner. just make it really healthy like mixed raw veggies or a salad w/ non-fat dressing. if not u'll wake up so starving tomorrow ur gonna do it all over again! good luck!
