hey lisa, ur poll gave me a good laugh bout the donuts! personally i try & do cardio 5-6 times a week but if i spend too long doing weights then i let myself skip it. i alternate upper & lower body for the weights which is why i try & do 6 days of workout so it's even on my upper & lower.
i always do cardio and weights at the same workout -- if i'm working out every day, i will alternate upper body and lower body (but do abs every day). if i'm doing a M,W,F gym thing, i do my whole body at each workout.
