damn, lsu, ur up early!  (actually i have no clue what time it is for u, but i just got in to work & usually don't post this for another hour or two)

so i just gotta say i'm SUPER proud of myself for actually following thru on a morning workout.  i got up @ 6am, no whining, took the bus to the gym & worked out for about 40 min... not that long i know, but i did 3 arm machines & 25 min. cardio.  i had to shower b4 work plus make it in by 8:15 so i couldn't spend as much time as i wanted, plus i kinda ran outta stuff to do... i did the abs class last night & i usually do abs on arm days so that cut my weight/strength training time in half.  (btw, that class kicked my ABS... i've been waiting to say that!)

breakfast: organic whole grain cereal w/ soy milk

after gym snack: 1/2 bagel w/ cream cheese... i know, not super healthy, but it's free!

snack: banana

lunch: sauteed marinated veggies w/ 3 types of beans

snack: orange

dinner: company is treating us for a completed project so i will probably have sushi, but i'll try to avoid anything w/ mayo!

workout: (see above)

I WILL GET MY FAT A$$ MOVING TODAY!  I SWEAR I WILL IF IT'S THE LAST THING I DO!

Breakfast:  Bran flakes, banana, coffee

Snack:  Apple

Lunch:  Two stuffed shells (BAD!)

Dinner:  Chicken?  Turkey burger?

I was thinking about it last night - I've been pretty good about my diet but I'm still not happy with how I look.  I think I'm going to focus more on toning excercises and not worry so much about the cardio for now.

Prissy, I admire your resolve! It has inspired me to not have the donut.

Crystal- I just saw your post on yesterday's "diet and exercise", about oprah's boot camp, I had a lot of questions about the details too, but apparently there is going to be more information put up about it on Feb 7th (when the program starts)

today I ate:

Breakfast: Turkey Bacon, scrambled eggs (again...)

Lunch: Leftover chicken with taco seasoning (I'm not sure if this is part of oprah's plan, but oh well)

Snack: Orange

Dinner: I'll probably have chicken with a slice of cheese and peppers. and some steamed broccoli

After workout snack: Apple

Workout: 1 hr aerobics class (I'm in for a surprise tonight since my usual instructor won't be there )

hey heather, ya i read practically all 1000 or so posts on oprah's site & figured that out, hehe.  i'm kinda scared of the eating restrictions, & the intense workout... but other than that (haha, i know that's everything) it sounds pretty fun!
