he's nice.  but so annoying.  i'm going to hell for being a meanie.  i like my job, more $$ than last one, nicer boss,  but he's honestly like nails on a chalkboard to me.

Sorry your boss is such a pain. Just try to be patient. Your situation could be MUCH worse: he could be an asshole (like my boss). Are other people in the office annoyed by him? Whatever you do, don't say ANYTHING bad about him to anyone at your work, even if they are talking bad about him. What you say could get back to him, and then you'd have an irritating and mean boss!
