are we talking fantasy or reality here? Fantasy: Chloe or maybe Balenciaga. Reality: Probably BR or Express (hides ) because that's where most of my clothes are from.

i'm not really brand loyal, and pretty much prefer to incorporate a mix of different things. but i tend to love stuff by chloe, luella, and some smaller designers (twinkle, mint, rebecca taylor)
my reality is also a mix. i have some stuff from chain stores (mainly f21, j.crew sweaters, and bottoms from the gap) and a lot of stuff from contemporary designers (c&c, joie, t-bags, etc.) but almost all of this stuff was purchased on sale (beauty of living near nyc and going to sample sales) so my wardrobe isn't exactly a reflection of my means.
Reality: French Connection and Juicy Couture (yes, I know...), but like honey, I'm not really brand loyal either and while I own a ton of mall stuff (J. Crew, AE, A&F...shoot me now) and contemporary designers (Juicy, Seven, t-bags, vince, AG, etc. etc.), I do so because I live in LA so I frequent sample sales and have a great Loehmann's and the like. Otherwise. there's no way on earth I'd be able to get what I have.
I'm not really brand loyal at all. I prefer to mix it up.
Fantasy: Chloe, Matthew Williamson, Stella McCartney
Reality: I love smaller designers or mid-range designers (Nanette Lepore, Rebecca Taylor, Walter, Lemon, Mint, Rebecca Beeson, Laundry by Shelly Segal, BCBG, Theory, ect). As for mall stores, I have bottoms mostly from The Limited and Express (Drew and Editor pants in their many variations). I also have stuff from Wet Seal, ArdenB, bebe (cute tops, camis, ect), lots of cardigans and blazers (many variations from wherever I can find them- Target, Jcrew, ect) and my casual, bum around stuff is now mostly from Aeropostale (it's like AE, but I like the colors better, they are brighter and more vibrant, as well as inexpensive).
Fantasy: Sass and Bide, Stella McCartney (who I think is totally under-rated but that's another rant), Chanel, Marni.
Reality: Well, too many to list here. I have a few Sass and Bide pieces (it's not an expensive couture line or anything) but I buy most of my clothes from fairly obscure designers who sell online at Girlshop etc.

if i had the means, i would like to wear tuleh all the time, and maybe some marni and marc jacobs and the occasional ralph lauren dress.
now: lots of BR, j.crew, a few gap basics, club monaco, seven jeans, mint tops, cynthia rowley, sweaters from random designers that i find on bluefly, funky skirts from urban outfitters, marc by marc jacobs if i can find it on sale.
