How many pairs of jeans does everyone own? not including cords, capris etc just straight up blue jeans. I have 10.

I have 25!! That is kind of sick but I guess I only really wear about 10 of the pairs on a regular basis!!

I have 9 and probably wear 6 on a regular basis. I want to get rid of the crappy pairs though.


EDIT: I did a total cleaning out of my closet last night and now am left with six pairs.


I threw away my beloved Sevens because I discovered an unrepairable hole in the crotch. (My Sevens...11/02-1/05 RIP)

Thinking here....2 Salt Works, 4 Seven (but one's a worn out pair), 1 True Religion, 1 PD&C, 2 Levis and 1 CK. I cleaned out my jeans a few months back, and I only kept the ones I always wear. So all of these are in heavy rotation.

I have given something like 15 pairs of jeans to my sister last time I saw her, b/c the way I wash them they shrink a lot. I have finally learned my lessons, and I have owned those A&F for almost a year (it's a record for me!)

i just threw my other 2 pair (one way too tight, one way too loose) into the "giveaway" pile, so these are the 3 that i am left with.

1 pair slouchy fit from Gap - reserved for housecleaning, etc.


3 pairs of Jordache



  • Super dark wash, non-stretch, straight leg (my favorites)

  • Medium/light wash, non-stretch, wide leg (good for weekends)

  • Medium wash, stretch, flare leg (sexy jeans)

Total:  5 pairs

Hello! Lots of jeans all around...
okay, I've got:

3 sevens (medium wash, dark wash, trouser style)

1 calvin klein (dark)

1 diesel (dark)

4 pairs from urban outfitters (really light wash, medium, 2 dark)

4 scrubby pairs

My sevens are all dressy/sexy, my calvins are slightly dressy but are shorter (no heels), but everything else is casual or scrubby.

I think I should do this exercise, maybe it will motivate me to clean my closet


- 8 Diesels, 2 Fankers, 4 Dazes and 2 Stripps (I love Diesel jeans and when I lived in Italy in 2001 pre-euro, they were only $40!).  I don't wear the fankers anymore, but definitely wear the dazes and the stripps.


- 3 Sevens 


- 2 Blue Cults


- 1 eplay (love love them)


- 1 True Religion Joey (actually just bought them and have not received them yet )


Based on this list, I should toss 5 pairs

Just 4- can only wear them on weekends and I had to get rid of a bunch that didn't fit me anymore. I have sevens, joes (which I love, but are really too big so these might have to go soon), miss sixty, and AG.
