i know this has been discussed in FH but i cant search those archives! so anyway, i am going to get one in a week... i remember reading in some old posts before that i should take advil BEFORE, right? any other preparations i need to do or stuff i should know? thanks!

go in expecting the worst and you'll be fine.... actually that's probably bad advice. if there is a particular person at a spa that a friend recommends, go see that person. i really feel like each person has their own approach.

and yes, definitely before!

Don't have it done just before your period either, you are much more sensitive at that time. Take the advil or tylenol about 30 minutes before and just try to stay relaxed.


It's bad, but not awful.
