We have had horrible customer service experiences there on 2 separate occasions. The first time, the salesmen ignored us for 10 minutes chatting with each other until we just left.
The second time we finally got someone to help us, although he really didn't want to. Then he didn't know anything about the products or the prices. He couldn't add and treated us with disdain.
So I don't reccomend that place. Get your tuxedos elsewhere.
I agree completely. My boyfriend was in a wedding in indiana at notre dame, and the bride and groom used afterhours. They day before the wedding when they went to go pick up their tuxes. One guys pants were so short they looked like capris, they forgot to order 2 pairs of shoes and 3 vests, and one guys jacket was orderd 3 sizes too small. Granted they had every thing by the morning of the wedding, but everyone had to take a trip to the mall to get their things. Talk about unneccessary stress, especially for the B&G..
OHNO! We're using them for our wedding!!! So far we've had a great experience. I won't mention(but here i go anyway) that my fiance's friend only JUST got his, freaking idiot, after I told him and my fiancee to get it a LONG time ago to aviod this issue.
anyway...they've been good so far...best part: the guy that helped us in the White Plains store(always responive and helpful, manager I think) is named .... ready? Jisim.... I know, I'm getting married I should grow up, but it was so funny!
