I was trying to order my BF a pair of loafers online b/c they were $100 cheaper online vs. the store, well it said that they sale ended at 12am that night. So it was 11pm and I made my first attempt, after I put my credit card information in and it took me to a new page that was from brooks brothers and said that the page I requested was gone. Now this was a brooks brothers page saying this, not my computer just saying that it timed out. Well so I tried one more time...same thing. So I was concerned that I was actually charged, so I called customer service, at 11:15pm, I was on hold till 11:54pm, I joked first that they would keep me on hold till the sale was over...well they almost did. So they lady said that she saw my order but for some reason it didn't go through...and that she would make sure that someone entered it in the next day, I have no idea why they couldn't do it then?? So it has been 3 weeks and no shoes. I called them yesterday and they said oh those are b/o for at least another month....what the hell....no one ever bothered to tell me this.....
