Today is my day off in terms of working out. Usually, it should be tomorrow, but this morning, I just didn't feel like going... I'll have to go tomorrow then.
Breakfast - fat free muffin; coffee
Meal #1 - hard boiled egg sandwich on whole wheat bread; banana
