morning ladies!  just a heads up, quinoa tastes like boring air... but it's filling!


breakfast: raspberry fool


snack: orange


lunch: grilled veggie pita


snack: 2 carrots


b4 gym snack: cucumber w/ leftover grilled veggie marinade for dip


dinner: salmon kebabs (w/ yellow pepper, green pepper & tomato)


workout: since i did solely weight training yesterday (upper bod) i'm gonna do cardio today & maybe some lower body stuff

Breakfast: Strawberry & Banana Cherios (1 cup) and milk (1/2 cup)


Lunch: Ham & Cheese on honey wheat with lettuce, strawberries (1 cup), and choco pudding


Snack: 1 cup pineapple, 1 small gala apple


Dinner: crawfish etouffee, corn, salad.


I'm really trying hard to do my pilates dvd tonight and a small amount of walking.  I have been so bad this week!

Today is my day off in terms of working out. Usually, it should be tomorrow, but this morning, I just didn't feel like going... I'll have to go tomorrow then.

Breakfast - fat free muffin; coffee

Meal #1 - hard boiled egg sandwich on whole wheat bread; banana

Meal #2 - ???

Dinner - ???

ooh!!  I miss good crawfish!


Breakfast:  Cereal and eggbeaters


Lunch:  Low-Fat Taco Salad


Snack:  Granola Bar


Dinner:  Shrimp Scampi


Rest day from working out.  I am sore from yesterday!
