STYLETHREAD -- LET'S TALK SHOP!

So, I got an influx of projects recently (ads, mailers, campaigns, etc, etc, etc), so now I'm reasonably busy. YAY! I'd still like a few more substantial projects like magazine articles, but we're getting there. And the graphic designer (who is drowning in projects and was told there's no additional designer being hired) and I had a pow-wow and decided which projects I had time for and he could pass off to me. If management isn't going to help us, we're going to help ourselves.
I think they'd rather have us work it out on our own anyway, so they can do whatever it is they do.
