workout-lots o cardio and definately arms and back, I have cut out my arms routine (biceps and triceps) for the last week and a half because they were starting to get too muscular...don't like that look!
lunch: quinoa salad (quinoa is a grain, cooking it was a bit of a pain, and i mixed it w/ mango, red pepper, corn, lima beans, fresh mint and the dressing is carrot juice, fresh squeezed lime, olive oil, and i can't remember the rest!)
snack: orange
b4 gym snack: carrot
dinner: shrimp & 3 bean salad (i've realized i love shrimp & it's so easy to make!)
workout: today i'm gonna have my neighbor/trainer show me all the weight machines so i'll probably get a good overall workout plus i'll do at least 20 min cardio
