i'm kind of perturbed with them too. i'm going to fire off an angry letter to them and fed-ex as soon as i have a free second. but hopefully you'll get your jeans quickly and not have to stalk fed-ex representatives like i did.

Is there a site online that gets a lot of traffic where one can review these online stores? Because so many of them are crappy/useless and it would be good to be able to know your review was getting read. The existence of such a site might also force these idiots to get their act together.

That's a good idea Mia.BTW....If anyone has any issues w/ hipundies.com, DO NOT expect them to return your phone call I guess it's against their religion. I'm just putting up with them because their "4811"'s are cheapest I've found.

That's a good idea. Maybe we can have a sticky post over here at least with both good and bad reports so we'd know before ordering.

that sucks. I do want to add though that i've had a bunch of really positive experiences with www.goclothing.com. I just sent them back a return though, so hopefully that'll go through fine, I don't want to jinx myself. I ordered a bunch of C & C top for dirt cheap, and I got an email that said they were out of a few of them and if I wanted anything else instead. They provided a phone number, I called, and they answered right away. The girl was very helpful, and made a trip to the warehouse to see what they had. She sold me a $40 white tank top (still full price) for $7 (the price of one of the tanks they were out of) because she felt bad. I got them a few days later. I've also ordered other things, and have been very satisfied- the only thing that I had to send back was the Foley & Corinna cami. It was lovely, but too big in the chest and I felt uncomfortable.

I mean, we could have a section of *this* website for reviews and shopping 'technical' issues - that would be great - and I am also wondering if such a thing exists online already? You'd think it would. I've had a couple of experiences where even mentioning the fact that you post on a well-trafficked fashion board smartens 'em up right quick.

i ordered a bunch of stuff at goclothing recently... they were really nice about letting me substitute a shirt for a different shirt that was sold out at the last minute. that was nice. BUT overall they are so confusing!! every time, they send me two different confirmation emails. plus i also ordered some jeans from them, and they were backordered at first, and the other day they sent me an email and although it said items were shipped, when i clicked on the shipping link it said that they were sold out. in fact, that happened with my first order... the shipping link didn't work at all.

i think they mean well, and are nice, but don't quite have it together.

This is not a complete roast of goclothing. I'm just venting how frustrated I am that the only two times I've ordered from them, in both instances, they discovered they were sold out of the merchandise after my credit card went through online and everything. But the girl that called was really nice though, although I did not get any future discounts or exchanges for any merchandise that I ordered. (Maybe it's because I didn't ask??) At least at revolveclothing you get 25% your next purchase if they are out of stock of ordered items.
