I've seen White Noise.  I liked it and thought it was pretty creepy.  The ending was a little too Hollywood for me though...

My daughter did this weekend and she didn't like it and all. She didn't think it was spooky and she said it was sort of predictable after a while.


I am interested in seeing the new Robert DeNiro thriller coming out soon, Hide and Seek. That may have potential.


Honestly I haven't seen a decent horror film since The Ring and even that was not all that scary IMO.

Ally, you're so right.  While I liked White Noise and thought it was creepy, it was still lacking that "special something".  I agree that the Ring was the last really, really good scary movie (it's on my top 3 list of movies that I refuse to watch alone at night)

I just saw Forgotten(w/ Julian Moore) which is now on video.  But - it's not really scary as a really good thriller.  I really was gripped through this movie.

I am not into scary movies but that one movie Hide and Seek scares me by just seeing the commericals for it.

I thought the grudge was really scary. I couldn't sleep for nights. I saw The Ring first, so I was more prepared for another Japanese Horror, or so I thought. I kept thinking something was going to crawl out of my closet at night!
