Chicken as the meat, any type of flavorings, I know a lot of recipes have cream of chicken soup and stuff so anything that you would reccomend would be good. Thanks!

Hmm I might have a few at home.  I had posted some earlier I think on FH but not sure if I had here.  I'll check out some recipes at home.  Do they have to have meat in them?  I also have a broco cheese one that is great.


Have you tried chicken helpers?  They are really good and easy.

I love a good casserole 'cause there is always lots of leftovers to take to work for lunch.

I made a spaghetti squash casserole/bake once w/ non-fat ricotta cheese, lowfat mozz cheese, spinach and red sauce and it was really really yummy!
