I usually go shopping like every two or three days and get things for the next day or two. Most of the time it's usually vegetables. Some things that I like to have on stock are:

- Ben & Jerry Low Fat Chocolate Fudge Brownie Fro Yo
- Fat free sour cream so I can a non-fat dip for crudite
- Tons of veges (carrots, green beans, asparagus, celery... blahblah)
- Tons of salad things. I usually don't go too nuts with salad stuff.. just greens and then vinegar.
- Skim milk
- Whole wheat pitas (I like using these for sandwiches or toaster oven pizza)

I really like to cook so I usually buy as I need... I feel like I'm always going to the store.

*cereal (kashi, but i've recently discovered kellogs smart start. the soy protein one is really yummy)

*if it's a sunday croissants

*almonds

*vegetables (but i usually get these from the korean grocer)

man, mine's way too long to list it all but basically consisted of A LOT of veggies, salmon, shrimp, whole wheat bread, white wine (for cooking), beans (lima, red kidney, black-eyed), olive oil, wine vinegar, and lots of fresh herbs.  i got soy milk last week & it lasts forever(not literally) so didn't need more this time.

ha ha -- i do the same thing when cool whip is in the house.  i buy it once a year to make jello salad for thanksgiving (my grandmother used to make it and i do it b/c it reminds me of her) and after i use the 1/2 cup the salad calls for, i end up eating the rest.  mmmmm, frozen cool whip with chocolate syrup ... it is highly disgusting but tastes soooo gooood.
