Just in case anyone would be interested on a future review. I just ordered a set of four dvds. If you aren't familiar with core secrets, it is a full body work out using a balance ball. I really want to get my butt in gear and start exercising. I am hoping this will do the trick. So if anyone else has been curious about it, I can let you know what I think (I'm hoping to get it early next week)
I'm interested. I have a stability ball that I used for my recovery from knee surgery, but want to know how the exercises are for the rest of the body. I hear it kicks butt.
I finally started core secrets last night. At first I thought it wasn't very good because I wasn't feeling like I was working out (except a couple of the ab exercises made me wimper). But now I am totally thinking I was wrong. I really feel it in my upper back, shoulders, abs!, bum! and a little in the thighs. I think this would be a good thing to mix into something you are already doing. I plan to alternate with yoga.
I actually bought the core secrets set that you see on the infomercial at Target for $39.99 about 2 weeks ago. I like it but I actually haven't seen any results, to me the reps aren't long enough. I actually didn't feel challenged enough and I felt nothing the next day. I AM a fan of The Firm tapes with the fanny lifter because those whip you into shape quick. I would most likely use the core secret tapes in conjuction with something else and maybe in the time that Gunnar Peterson is explaining the moves you could start doing your own reps. Just my two cents though....
